The natural habitat of the original Viennese apple strudel is the Viennese coffee house.  Here you can celebrate your enjoyment authentically. Served crispy, yet tender and oven-warm, with or without vanilla sauce, combined with a fragrant cup of coffee. The dough is freshly made at Landtmann's Original Bakery and the Hofbackstube at Café Residenz in Schönbrunn every day. The typical slightly sour apples are finely chopped, butter crumbs tenderly fried in the pan, adding cinnamon and raisins and filling the wafer-thin dough with care. You'll taste our love for this culinary heritage with every bite.
